Before & After School Care
Our school has partnered with an independent provider TheirCare to provide Before, After Care and Holiday Care services to our school community.
The program services the children in the school from 7:00am in the morning until 9:00am and operates from 3:15pm each day until 6:30pm. During school holidays the service will operate from 7:00am until 6:30pm.
Families wishing to use this service can visit the TheirCare website: http://theircare.com.au/. Families are also eligible for a Government rebate which reduces the cost per session. TheirCare provides a stimulating and safe environment for all children and an environment where children enjoy their time in their program. During sessions children develop life skills, friendships, confidence and creativity through play.

Compass Portal
The Compass Portal is our school’s communication tool for use across our community. Current families use compass to contact the school (including classroom teachers), pay invoices and access / receive newsletters and school reports. Access to Compass is vital to stay up to date with the latest information.
BYOD Portal
Commencing in 2021 Whittlesea Primary School encourages all Years 3 to 6 to participate in the ‘Bring Your Own Device’ 1:1 program. This initiative will give our students immediate and on demand access to learning technologies that support their academic growth. The program will complement quality instructional teaching and give students the freedom to research, communicate and create with digital resources that are personalised to their need.
Whittlesea Primary School has partnered with Edunet, an industry leader in BYOD programs. Through our relationship the process of sourcing a computer and it’s ongoing support has been made easy. Please refer to our program booklet and access the Edunet portal through the provided link.
